Jordburkare offers two (2) types of plans:
Jordbrukare has a ‘No Refund Policy’. Payments for the concerned Subscription Plan shall be made 100% in advance by the Customer. Furthermore, Jordbrukare does not offer prorated refunds for cancelled subscriptions and purchases, as such cancellation requests are effective only after the Subscription Plans. All subscriptions are recurring and will automatically renew after the end of each paid subscription period unless mutually agreed otherwise in writing. This includes both monthly and annual subscription plans.
Similarly, it is your/subscribers’ responsibility to evaluate Jordburkare offerings, including their features, limitations, and content coverage, before selecting any paid Subscription Plans.
Fees, Refunds, and Charges
1) Subscription Plans – Recurring Subscription
The Customer shall pay for all subscription fees in advance and hereby authorizes Jordrukare and its payment processors to debit the Customer’s bank account or charge Customer’s credit card, as stated applicable terms and conditions. The Customer agrees that all subscriptions are annual or monthly based on the Customer’s preference and will renew automatically unless mutually agreed otherwise in writing. The Customer shall be solely responsible for paying and remitting to the appropriate tax authorities all applicable taxes or duties imposed by any government entity or collecting agency except those taxes based on Jordburkare’s net income. In the event the Customer fails to satisfy its tax and/or duty obligations herein, the Customer shall reimburse Jordbrukare upon demand for any taxes and/or duties paid on behalf of the Customer and shall defend, indemnify and hold Jorbrukare harmless against any claim and/or liability (including penalties) resulting from the Customer’s failure to pay such taxes and/or duties.
2) One Time Plan – Non-Renewal Plan
The Customer may subscribe to short term plans for thirty (30) days. These plans will be one-time, non-recurring subscription plans. Wherein renewal is unavailable. On the expiry of the One Time Plan, the Customer has to subscribe for a new One Time Plan or may subscribe to the Subscription Plans. There is a ‘No Refund Policy’ wherein Jordbrukare does not offer prorated refunds for cancelled subscriptions or purchases.
The Customer acknowledges that all subscription fees are charged automatically on a recurring basis until the Customer informs Jordburkare in advance in writing, its intent of non-renewal of the Subscription Plans, which can be communicated up to a day prior to the expiry of the Subscription Plans.

The Customer Support Service Desk will send a confirmation email receipt to the Customer with the subscription’s expiration date and purchase under the Subscription Plans and One-Time Plan, respectively.
All subscription plans and purchases are billed in advance monthly or annual and are non-refundable. In other words, no refund will be issued. Jordburkare does not offer prorated refunds for cancelled subscription plans and purchases. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade or downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account, and no exceptions will be made.
All subscriptions, monthly and annual plans, are recurring and will automatically renew after the end of each paid subscription period unless mutually agreed otherwise in writing.
